The contract
Address, ABI, and what it can and cannot do to your customers.
Everything that moves money is a single public contract on Arbitrum. You can read it, call it directly, and verify every claim on this site against it without asking us for anything.

What it cannot do
- Hold your money. Not as a policy: there is no code path that lets it. Value moves from your customer to you and to our fee address in one transaction, and its own balance is always zero.
- Charge more than agreed. A fixed plan must charge exactly its amount; a metered one cannot exceed the ceiling your customer signed.
- Charge early, or catch up missed periods.
- Stop somebody leaving. Your customer withdraws permission from their own wallet and we are cut off, with no involvement from you or us.
- Be upgraded. There is no proxy. The deployed code is final.
What we can do
Pause the contract, and change the address our 1% is sent to. That is the complete list. We cannot move anyone's funds, alter a subscription, cancel one, or raise the fee above 2%. That ceiling is compiled in and no key can change it.
A pause is worth naming as a centralisation point: its worst case is stopping the protocol, never redirecting value. Cancelling deliberately keeps working while paused, so nobody can be trapped in a subscription by us switching something off.
