Getting paid

Where your money goes

Straight to your wallet, in the transaction that collects it.

There is no payout schedule, no minimum, no rolling reserve, and nothing to withdraw. Every charge lands in your wallet in the transaction that collected it.

This is the part that surprises people coming from card processors, so to be explicit: we never hold your money, not even for a moment. There is no balance with us that could be frozen, delayed, reserved against future disputes, or lost if we disappeared.

Getting it into a bank account

You are paid in stablecoins. Turning those into money in a bank account is done through an off-ramp (an exchange or a service that buys them from you), and that step is between you and them. They will ask you to verify your identity, which is a requirement of doing that conversion and not something we are part of.

We will never do this ourselves, and the reason is worth knowing rather than apologising for: holding your money is what forces every other provider into licensing and identity checks, and not holding it is why you keep 99% and cannot be cut off.

Moving money out of your wallet

The wallet is yours, and you can send from it like any other. If we created it for you, the dashboard will show you how to export its key so it is genuinely yours and not an account with us.

Sending stablecoins out of your wallet costs a network fee, paid in the blockchain's own token rather than in dollars, and we do not cover that one. We pay the fees on payments, not on your own transfers. If your wallet has never held that token you will need a small amount of it before your first transfer out.
