Plans
Retiring a plan
What revoking stops, and the thing it deliberately does not stop.
Retiring a plan stops anybody new from subscribing to it. The checkout link stops working for new customers immediately.
It does not cancel the people already on it. They keep being charged, and that is deliberate. Their subscription is an agreement they entered into, and letting you end it from your side would mean a merchant could strand customers who had already paid.
Ending a plan for real
If you want a plan gone completely, retiring it is the first of two steps. The second is cancelling each remaining subscription, which you can do from your side at any time. See Cancelling.
Retiring costs you nothing: it is a blockchain transaction, and we pay the network fee.
What it looks like afterwards
The plan stays in your dashboard marked as retired, with its subscribers still listed and still paying. It is not deleted, because the payments it is still collecting are real.
