Getting paid

Cancelling

Either side, any time, and why you cannot stop them.

Either side can cancel at any time, and there is no retention flow, no notice period and no penalty on either side.

When your customer cancels

They can do it from their own wallet without asking you, and neither you nor we can prevent it or slow it down. It is enforced by the contract rather than promised by us.

This sounds like it is against your interests and is worth having anyway: it is the thing that makes subscribing feel safe enough to do in the first place. No card processor can offer it, because with a card cancelling means asking the merchant.

When you cancel

You can end any subscription from your dashboard. It costs you nothing. We pay the network fee. The customer is not charged again.

Refunds

We cannot issue refunds, and this is a real limitation rather than a policy. The money reached you in the same transaction that took it, so there is nothing on our side to return: a refund is you sending money back from your own wallet, and it costs you a network fee to do.

Worth deciding what you will say about this before somebody asks. A blockchain payment also cannot be reversed by a bank, which means no chargebacks and no chargeback fees. It is the same property, pointed the other way.
